Fort Lauderdale, FL, Nov. 04, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cross Keys Capital, LLC, a leading independent investment banking firm providing M&A advisory services to middle-market companies, is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive buy-side financial advisor to The Office Gurus (“TOG”), the Contact Centers segment of Superior Group of Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGC), on its acquisition of Select VoiceCom (“SVC”).
SVC is a Philippines-based business process outsourcing provider with delivery centers in Cebu City and Davao. SVC serves clients across healthcare, financial services, legal services, e-commerce, and other verticals. The acquisition establishes TOG’s direct operating presence in the Philippines, expands its global delivery footprint, and advances its Experience Process Outsourcing (EPO) strategy. SVC’s founding leaders, Mark Shapiro and Trevor Michael, will remain involved to support continuity for clients and employees.
